Start any new design with a great layout plan. Space planning is one of the first thing to consider when starting your design. Planning where your furniture will be placed lets you plan other design elements such as artwork, lighting, electrics and furniture. Planning also helps you figure out where your focal point will be.

After we have agreed on your choice of service, I will email you the contract and payment options. Then some…..

Simple Steps

• Email exact dimensions of the space and any furniture you are keeping.

• A sketch of your floor area.

• A couple of photographs of the space from all angles and of any furniture you wish to keep.

• Within 2 weeks your plan(s) will be with you.

NB: All floor plans are for space planning only and not the actual design concept or to be used as construction documents

Your Design

No60interiors will complete and email your floor plan design in a PDF document within two weeks of receiving dimensions and photographs of your room / rooms. Instructions will also be included with this. You will also have 2 weeks of online contact for any question you may have about your floor plan designs.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

Kitchen and bathrooms are included in the floor plan packages but only to investigate layout potential.  These are not documents to be used during construction, a contractor must be consulted to ensure everything fits correctly.  With E-design there is always a possibility that measurements could be slightly different and precision is needed with kitchens and bathrooms.
