If possible order samples of wallpaper, fabrics and flooring to make sure that they are correct.
The e-design idea is for decoration purposes only and will not include any unrelated finishes or fixtures unless specified ie. paintwork gloss, light switches, carpet underlay.
Wallpaper, fabric, flooring and paint total prices are ESTIMATES. These are calculated on the measurements provided by the client. I do not specify flooring, but will suggest the type and colour.
